Dr. Aditya Lakhotia is a highly skilled and extensively trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement and trauma surgery. With over a decade of clinical experience, he brings expertise from premier institutions across India and abroad, including advanced fellowships in robotic-assisted joint arthroplasty.

With over 11 years of surgical expertise, Dr. Lakhotia has successfully treated thousands of patients across India and abroad. His work spans primary to complex and revision surgeries, with a strong focus on minimally invasive and robotic techniques for better outcomes and faster recovery.

Education & Fellowships

Dr. Lakhotia completed his MBBS from Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore, followed by a Diploma in Orthopaedics from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He earned his DNB in Orthopedics from Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital, Pune, under the National Board of Examination.

To further refine his surgical skills, he pursued fellowships in:

  • Robotic and Conventional Joint Arthroplasty (Mumbai)

  • Adult Reconstruction – Primary & Revision Joint Replacement at National University Health System (NUHS), Singapore

He is also certified in Mako Robotic Hip and Knee Replacement, and has undertaken numerous specialized trainings in arthroscopy, trauma, and orthopedic emergencies.

Dr. Lakhotia has independently performed over 500 trauma surgeries and assisted in more than 500 arthroplasty/arthroscopy procedures, including:

  • Complex trauma and fracture management

  • Sports injuries and minimally invasive orthopedic procedures

He has served as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics and has been actively involved in medical teaching, cadaveric surgical workshops, and orthopedic journal clubs.
